Day 129: Enter This Way....

Idea for the weekend: Reuse an old door to make a funky vegetable patch gate.

Day 128: Disposable Decoration

Its pretty brave painting a whole wall in black paint but this dining room looks amazing with the fresh country style shelving and table set, then decorating with big drawings, shopping lists and signs using coloured chalk.

Day 124: Wishful Thinking Wardrobe

If only I had this wardrobe.... but then again I would need the shoe collection to go with it! One day, maybe.

Day 123: Tone it Down

I love the colour palette of silver, dirty pinks and other muted colours that have been used in this study. The pin board is more organised than a lot of others, it is pretty ordered and angular with spaces between each item but I like how they have used coloured tape to stick pages up and it is still really creative and inspiring.

Day 122: Living in Sepia

Beautiful living space with mixed pattern pillows and black & white collage. Easy and simple.

Day 119: Dare-To-Bare Kitchen

Show off colourful collections of glasses, bowls, mugs and containers in open shelves that are different shapes and sizes. Looks so pretty and sure it will make finding things much easier.

Day 118: Down The Garden Path

It may be a small garden... but who cares when it looks like this. Think its great how colour has been added with the raspberry trellis and painted building frame.

Day 117: Mapping Out The World

I love the way all the frames have a theme in this room- maps. It could be places that have special meaning or just cool stylised maps that all work together well. I have one of Manhattan that is actually just wrapping paper that I framed but it looks amazing, plus its so much cheaper than buying a proper map!

Day 116: A Hammer & Lots of Nails

The smaller, more compact furniture in this room means you can get away with lots on the wall.  A crazy collection of different shapes, colours, detailing, and themes that stretches all the way across and right to the ceiling. White walls makes the spaces between the frames prominent so gives distance and manages to tone down the craziness.
Particularly loving the skeleton cushion, roughed-up coffee table and of course the stag head on the wall in this room!

Day 114: Earthy Arty Stairs

Earthy tones and beautifully simple artwork make this staircase interesting and homely.

Day 113: Retro Detailing

This dining room doesn't feel cluttered but there are actually quite a lot of bits a pieces on the cabinet and table. But keeping a general theme of colours, retro feel and interesting shapes ties them all together and brings detail to the room but not being too over bearing.

Day 109: Pale Pink & Worn Wood

A calming mix of pale pink & worn wood for a beachy, reclaimed space. I love the small frame that almost blends into the wall and is then framed itself by the wood work.

Day 108: Quilts, Patterns & Glam

A complete mix of styles and patterns that still makes for a cosy, interesting bedroom.

Day 105: The Alps Meet Morocco

Try mixing styles and inspiration from different countries for a rustic, unique room like this beautiful bedroom....

Day 103: School Reunions

Beautiful way of squeezing together long landscape frames into an odd angled wall.

Day 102: Neon Radiators

Such a traditional, historic looking room that is made modern by blending old and new in a really creative, crazy way. Painting the room and panelling a cool, blue and then colouring the old-fashioned iron radiators that vibrant neon yellow that stands out so strong is such a great idea... love it!

Day 101: Monochrome Office

Who needs colour anyway? Using just block and white can still make for an interesting room by making sure you have plenty of textures with patterned prints, interestingly shaped things on display and stacked books and magazines.

Day 100: Urban Tribes

Love the colours of these geometric, tribal printed floor pillows! Look great with the natural wood and would be amazing garden cushions.

Day 99: What a Wall

Just put it in a frame and hang it all on the wall- drawings, puzzles, plates, records, pages from books, photos, figurines and anything else to make a completely unique and crazy wall of personal bits and pieces.

Day 97: 'Remember This' Kitchen

Chalk board kitchen with plenty of space to write notes and lists under the hanging and open shelves. Has a country, Frenchy feel to it that I love.
