Beautiful boho, gypsy inspired painted cabinet. The link below to Las Vidales has lots of pieces of furniture similar to this one, using vibrant base colours with hand painted flower and bird images which look lovely- check them out. They look great as a stand out point in a neutral room decorated with some living greenery and vintage knick knacks.

Day 148: From Marrakech with Love
A lot of people looking to create a boho styled space will take inspiration from Morocco it seems and being such a culturally rich country I can see why. I've been twice and see how the colours, textures and patterns from the country are used in different ways to inspire interiors and some, like the image below, are really amazing.
It's beautiful when the influence is more subtle, starting with a white base then layering rich materials, bold patterns of natural earth tones, golden lighting and big potted plants that mimic the vivid courtyards found inside the Riads all over Morocco. This room does it well.

Day 116: A Hammer & Lots of Nails
The smaller, more compact furniture in this room means you can get away with lots on the wall. A crazy collection of different shapes, colours, detailing, and themes that stretches all the way across and right to the ceiling. White walls makes the spaces between the frames prominent so gives distance and manages to tone down the craziness.
Particularly loving the skeleton cushion, roughed-up coffee table and of course the stag head on the wall in this room!

Day 102: Neon Radiators
Such a traditional, historic looking room that is made modern by blending old and new in a really creative, crazy way. Painting the room and panelling a cool, blue and then colouring the old-fashioned iron radiators that vibrant neon yellow that stands out so strong is such a great idea... love it!

Day 100: Urban Tribes
Love the colours of these geometric, tribal printed floor pillows! Look great with the natural wood and would be amazing garden cushions.

Day 99: What a Wall
Just put it in a frame and hang it all on the wall- drawings, puzzles, plates, records, pages from books, photos, figurines and anything else to make a completely unique and crazy wall of personal bits and pieces.

Day 89: Photography Forward
I don't think I've ever seen a photo frame this big! And I love how its filled with personal snap shots, close up's, landscapes, black and white, colour, portraits and because of the uniform size it works amazingly. Plus the retro lamp and side table are really fun alongside that huge home made piece of art work.

Day 83: Shabby Chic (Ahh I said it)
I hate the term but I guess this is the epitome of shabby chic. Worn and roughed up benches, chairs and storage with odd collected vases and lots of white. I guess it is all the different textures and materials that come through to make this very plain space more interesting and gives it a bit of depth that can be lost in white rooms.
